Quality Inn

Not bad for a budget type hotel. First, i did not find any bugs or roaches. Floors were way better than old carpet. Room was quiet, pillows full and soft, room was clean, mini fridge and microwave were clean, beds were soft, the bath exhaust fan was quiet (first time i ever had that), the tub was freshly re-done, and the restaurant in the front was pretty good with a large menu, free breakfast bar was good (small portions). The bad points... pool was closed due to "underground damage." Bummer for the kids. Floors and baseboards in the bath showed age and lacked on finishing perfection when remodeled. Due to this, the bath door did not close all the way. All in all... this is a great place when you factor in price.

Wonderful Stay at Quality Inn Tullahoma I had an excellent experience at the Quality Inn in Tullahoma. From the moment I arrived, the manager and staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating. The housekeeping team was friendly, efficient, and did a great job keeping everything neat and clean. My room was large, clean, and comfortable, with great TV channel selections for relaxing after a day out. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of options, making mornings easy and enjoyable. The location is fantastic — it’s within walking distance of a Publix, McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, and several excellent Mexican restaurants. Everything you might need is close by, and it makes the stay even more convenient. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again. The staff’s friendliness and the hotel’s comfort really made a difference. Highly recommended!

The rooms are very spacious. The television in my room has a large screen with great picture and color quality. The shower and bath water temperature is perfectly hot! The cooling in this room is wonderful! The rooms have been very well thought out to accommodate needs. The outside is visually attractive with its color and also a joining Mexican Restaurant that adds to the festive feel of the grounds. I have found the room service to be extremely reliable; the couple that has provided the daily cleaning of my room are one reason alone to stay at this hotel, they are so nice and pay attention to detail!This hotel has a nice little breakfast waiting for you in the mornings, including eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, yogurt, fruit,, orange juice, and coffee; but best of all is that you are created with a smile from the employees! The front desk people are just plain Tennessee friendly! That is what in my opinion distinguishes this hotel most, the friendliness, almost as if you are family! This hotel is well run. The management gives me a feeling of being welcome and appreciated!

I knew what I was getting when I booked, as I am familiar with the area and the hotel in general, though I was very pleasantly surprised by a few things during my two-night stay in January: - Exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated room with an obvious modern renovation. The laminate flooring was nice, the bathroom was small, but clean and well maintained, and the vanity was outstanding with fresh tissue for my runny nose during an exceptionally cold two nights. - EXTREMELY helpful front desk clerk. She noted I was booked on the second floor, and asked if I had a preference for a first floor room. I said I'd love that if it wasn't too much trouble, as my knee has been flaring up, so she immediately accommodated. She directed me to where the room was and was very helpful and pleasant. A+. I am NOT a high-maintenance guest. I want a towel, a bath cloth, shampoo and body wash or soap and adequate toilet tissue. I got all of that plus lotion and conditioner. The room I was in was not large, but it was large enough. I was comfortable. The microwave heated my food. The refrigerator cooled my drinks. The coffee maker dispensed hot water for my hot tea. I can't comment on breakfast as I skip that meal. The wifi was finicky a time or two, but it connected with a little fiddling (and my computer can be ornery like that). It was fast enough to stream content to my phone. This is a budget hotel, and I knew that. But for my basic business travel, it works great. It's close to where I need to be and it provided everything I needed and was clean. Room service came while I was out and refreshed my bed, towel and wash cloth and emptied my trash. Perfect! I have paid much more for rooms not nearly as clean and well maintained. I will be coming back (and have already booked my next stay there).

A good budget accommodation, close to Jack Daniels distillery in Lynchburg. Good, clean room. A buffet breakfast available in the morning. Nice and quiet at night. Friendly staff.

Great service from the ladies at the front desk. We needed assistance several times and each time they were happy to help. Even opened back up the continental breakfast past closing for a group of hungry kids.

Very clean, comfy beds. Conveniently shops and restaurants. Very friendly staff at check in. In town from Atlanta. Will be back.

The rooms are really nice and clean. Beds are comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is helpful to know that the hotel shares parking with the Mexican restaurant in the same building as the office and it is packed. The restaurant closes at 10pm and some of the spaces are vacated. Do not park at the motel next door or the manager will come out and make you move: "You cannot park here. We are NOT quality!" I was happy with everything but the parking situation. (The mexican restaurant does give a discount if you show your hotel key card at the checkout.)

Super nice room compared to most I had on my recent trip to Alabama. I admit the joined Mexican restaurant threw me when it came to pulling into the place, even tho there's a hotel sign. I get easily thrown tho. Parking was an issue for me as it was full and I ended up near the next property but other than that, all good. Mexican place was also tasty and quite handy after a long day.

I was nervous to stay here at first based on some of the reviews but I'm glad I did. The rooms are nice and clean. The bed squeaks when you move in it but not a complaint because it was still comfortable. The ceiling in the room (2nd floor) is done in a beautiful wood. The mini fridge came in handy for water and drinks for the kids. If we ever come back this way we will definitely stay here again.
